Email Content Snippets for PDF Reports
The Email Content Snippets were developed for the bulk update of the Email Message of the Automated Email PDF Reports when the same message or part of the message will be used in a multiple PDF Reports.

White Label PDF report from scratch for the first time, please refer to the
Automated White Label PDF Report documentation.
Create Email Content Snippets
The Email Content Snippets are used in order to update the content of the email in full or in sections in the PDF Reports by creating the content that can be updated all in one place and used in the multiple PDF Reports. This way the update can be done in one place without manually going into each Email Message section of each PDF Report.
To Create an Email Content Snippet:
- Go to White Label
- Automated Email Reports > Email Content Snippets
- Click on Add Email Content Snippet
- Enter the Snippet Name
- Enter the email text
- Click Save
Use Email Content Snippets
Once an Email Snippet or multiple snippets are created follow these steps to add those snippets into the PDF Report:
- Go to White Label
- Go to PDF Reports
- Click either on the Name of the PDF Report or on the gear icon on the right side of the report
- Tab to Email Message
- Click on the part of the email text box where you would like to add the Email Snippets
- Scroll down to the Email Content Snippets Section where all available snippets are listed and click on the one that you would like to insert
- Click Save below the Email Text box
Update Email Content Snippets
To change the content of the Email Snippet:
- Go to White Label
- Go to Email Content Snippets
- Click either on the Snippet Name or on the gear icon on the right side of the snippet
- Make changes and click Save
The changes will be applied to any PDF report Email Message where the snippet is used.
*Note: If the Email Content Snippet was deleted, the reference snippet in all the related PDF Reports Email Message Text box should be deleted as well in order for the correct Email content to be sent.
