Schedule a Demo or Training Session

To schedule an online meeting with one of our account managers, simply select a time that is most convenient for you and your team from one of the following calendars:
  • North American: Marketing Reporting Platform Demos can include an overview of Rank Ranger features, reports, graphs and third party data integration, or a walk-through of the specific features that you're seeking. Account managers are also able to assist you in determining the best Rank Ranger subscription plan to meet your needs.  When scheduling your appointment, please mention in the comments section the type of information that you would like presented during your meeting.
  • International: Marketing Reporting Platform Demos can be scheduled for companies outside of the USA and Canada and provide the same options as North American Demos. When scheduling your appointment, please complete the form indicating the features, reports and graphs that you would like detailed during your online meeting.
  • Rank Ranger Developer Meetings can be scheduled to discuss custom development and/or help you determine which of our API packages will help you achieve your goals. We'll follow up with technical documentation and a custom quote based on the API type, frequency and number of keywords that you need tracked.
  • Enterprise Training & Support Sessions are available for teams working in an account with Enterprise features. Up to 3 hours per year are included in annual Enterprise contracts, additional training hours may be purchased - contact your account manager for more information.

How to Join an Online Meeting

We offer online screen sharing meetings via your choice of Zoom or Skype video conferencing software. 

A meeting reminder will automatically be sent to the email address that was used during the booking 2 hours prior to the meeting. We do our best to open the meeting room audio and visual 3 to 5 minutes prior to the meeting start time in order to provide you with an opportunity to begin your demo or training session as scheduled.

VoIP: all of these services allow for use of computer audio (e.g., headset with microphone, speakers plus microphone, etc. ) or you may choose to use a phone and dial into a conference number.

Zoom Meeting Instructions


To join a Zoom screen sharing session access  and follow the on-screen instructions to install the Zoom Web Client (system requirements).

For the audio, you may choose:
  • VoIP with your computer or tablet
  • Phone: Dial in with a phone in the US (929) 205-6099 or choose a number from Zoom's conference phone list and enter meeting ID 530 093 2568

Skype Meeting Instructions



To participate in a screen sharing meeting using Skype, please add rankranger to your Skype contact list, and be ready to accept our call at the appointment time. Once connected, your account manager will share his or her screen, provide you with a tour of our software based on your requirements and answer any questions you have.

Reschedule or Cancel Demo or Training Session


We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, so if for any reason you can't join us on the scheduled day and time, please kindly use the RESCHEDULE or CANCEL link in the email invitation and reminder messages (sent 2 hours prior to the start time) you received. Doing so will open the time slot for other marketing professionals.
